How does my rig work?
One rig controls your selected reward streams. The starter tier supports one stream; upgrades unlock 2, 4, 7, and 10 allocation slots.
When do rewards accrue?
Eligible, funded streams accrue from trusted server time while your rig is running. Every token has its own pending and available balance.
Why is holder access required?
Mining requires qualifying token holdings. Your dashboard displays the requirement and checks your balance before mining can start.
How are upgrades reviewed?
Payment transaction hashes are checked for duplicates and reviewed before your equipment level changes. Never resend a payment just because review is pending.
How do I withdraw?
Collect pending rewards, then choose an eligible balance and a supported destination on the withdrawal page. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed.
Reward rates, pool funding, fees, and availability can change. Never send a private key or password to support.
